  • Model of Vehicle.
  • Year of Vehicle.
  • Area of concern on the vehicle (i.e. crossing arm, stop arm, door mechanism, etc..)
  • SMI Product Part Number.
  • A description of your problem (electrical, mechanical, etc.).
  • To expedite warranty calls/claims please include a digital picture of the silver part number sticker found on the unit as part of your communication.
