Job Summary:
Responsible for operations, machine set up and machine maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Works directly with Maintenance Supervisor to build new tooling and equipment, including setup and first run production.
· Fabricates fixtures and machinery.
· Makes precision parts
· CNC Mill programming and troubleshooting repair
· Other duties as assigned
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Electrical, pneumatic and mechanical design capabilities
· Ability to read and understand blueprints
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
· Must have the ability to read, write and understand English plus have adequate hearing and visual acuity and superior understanding of verbal and written instructions.
· Working environment is an unheated and non-air-conditioned manufacturing/ warehouse setting.
· Safety glasses with side shields are required in the manufacturing environment
· Physical requirements include frequent reaching, gripping and carrying up to 50 lbs., plus standing, stooping, bending, stretching, squatting and walking.
· Must handle multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast paced, high stress work environment.
