Compliant Crew and Apparatus Safety Components
Seat Monitors and Vehicle Data Recorders (VDR) keep your department fully NFPA Compliant
The Seat Monitor and Data Acquisition System has been designed to exceed NFPA 1901 Standard for Automotive Fire Apparatus 2009 Edition requirements for a Vehicle Data Recorder (paragraph 4.11) and a Seat Belt Warning System (paragraph 14.1.3.10). The VDR is the brain of the system. Waterproof, and installed permanently in your vehicle, it logs and time stamps information required by the system, and can be downloaded when needed securely.
